Be respectful
Disagree with ideas, not people. Harassment, discrimination, and personal attacks of any kind — based on background, identity, experience level, or anything else — aren't tolerated.
Be helpful
Everyone was a beginner once. Questions that seem obvious to you might not be to someone else — answer kindly, or point to where they can find out.
No spam or self-promotion without context
Sharing your own work, job openings, or projects is welcome — just keep it relevant and don't flood channels with it.
Reporting an issue
If something happens that breaks this code — in the Discord, at an event, or anywhere else — reach out to a moderator directly on Discord. Reports are handled privately.
